Community

We are a true community and what we are about is building community.  We want every member to feel that they are an integral part of our community and to participate in ways that are meaningful to them.

There are many ways to become involved at CBT from attending services, volunteering, or getting involved in one of our many social groups.  We have an active brotherhood and sisterhood.  If you are a reader or would like to read more, then join our book club.  Would you like to meet other interfaith families, then our Interfaith Outreach group may be for you. Our Connections social group is a great way to get to know other members in a relaxed setting at a member’s home.  The food is pretty great too!

Our community is here for you to celebrate special occasions, but also to support you in times of needs.  Our Caring committee is an invaluable resource for our members.

Our congregation was founded on the principles of volunteering and social justice.  Check out our social action programs and all of the many ways you can volunteer.

MAKE A DIFFERENCE!

One important tradition at B’nai Torah is the building of community by volunteering together. There are many ways to volunteer.  Our goal is for everyone to participate in a way that is meaningful to them. Whether it is helping the community through the many social action projects, serving on the board, joining a committee, helping at an event or providing office support, there is something for everyone.

Please let us know what you would like to do. All you have to do is complete our volunteer sign up form.
