Connections Social Group

Connections is an adult-only social group. We meet about three times a year for delicious pot-luck dinners in various members’ homes, typically on Sunday evenings. The hope is to bring people together to create new friendships, rekindle old ones, and to stay connected.

If you haven’t yet experienced this fun group, please give it a try. We communicate via e-mail and the website for the dates, times, and RSVP info. Please join us for the events and be a part of our wonderful community. Check back in the fall 2017 for details about the next event.

The Connections group held its final potluck dinner of the year at the home of Monica and Dominic Picarella on June 10. The Connections group has been headed by Nancy Donchin for the past five years, but she is turning over the reigns to Amy Schwartzberg as of July 1. The highlight of the evening was when Robin Berman thanked Nancy of behalf of the congregation, and Nancy was presented with a cake and thank you gifts as a token of our appreciation for all she has done to make this group so successful. Thanks, Nancy!
For more information about Connections, please contact Amy Schwartzberg at [email protected].

Words of appreciation from Connections participants:

“Connections pot-luck dinners always have good food in a great place with lots of gabbing among friends old and new”

“Pot-luck dinners can be risky, but we’ve only found fun, food, and friends in a fabulous home at Connections”

“We so appreciate the chance to get together with other adults at Connections and look forward to the next one”
