Shabbat Yeladim

Children's Shabbat Led by Grade 4 Students

Friday, January 4 at 6:30pm

Join us for a multi-generational 1-hour family-friendly Shabbat experience! The service will be led by our Grade 4 students, and will be filled with smiles, songs, and a sweet Oneg Shabbat to follow.

Family Hanukkah Dinner Celebration & Shabbat Service

Please note: We are over capacity for the dinner, and therefore cannot accomodate anyone who has not yet registered. However, please do attend the service at 7:00pm - all are welcome!

Join us for a fun evening as our entire community comes together to light their Chanukiot and celebrate Hanukkah! There will be delicious Mediterranean food (Falafel, Hummus, Baba Ganoush and Tabouli) along with chicken tenders, mini hot dogs and of course lots of latkes with apple sauce. If you cannot attend the dinner, please join us for the Shabbat Service, led by 6th Grade Students, and Oneg beginning at 7 pm.

Date: Friday, December 7th

Time: 6:00 - 9:00PM (see full schedule below)

Location: Congregation B'nai Torah

Cost: $10 per person for the dinner (maximum $36 per family)
         No charge for the service (beginning at 7:00PM) and the Oneg

Registration: We are sorry, the dinner is oversubscribed. We can no longer take any new registrations. However, please attend the service, which will begin at 7:00pm.

What to Bring: Your Chanukiot and candles, and your extended family and friends!

Open to All!

The schedule for the evening includes:

6:00 pm - Dinner, Dreidel spinning and Hanukkah Crafts
7:00 pm - Communal Lighting of Chanukiot
7:15 pm - Service led by our Sixth Grade Students 
8:15 pm - Annual "Make Your Own Ice Cream Sundae" Oneg!
