High Holy Days - Member Registration

Use this form to order High Holy Day tickets for family members of your household covered by your CBT membership, including children through age 25. In addition, this form allows you to register young children for Children's services (pre-K through grade 5). 

Guest tickets are required for all other attendees, including adult children age 26+, and other relatives. You may order guest tickets separately using the Guest Ticket Order Form.

After submitting this form, you will receive tickets by U.S. Mail for the following services:

  • Rosh Hashanah 1st Day - Monday, September 10,  9:30am - 12:00pm
  • Yom Kippur Morning Service - Wednesday, September 19, 9:30am - 12:00pm

Tickets are not required for any of the other High Holy Day services.
