Madrichim/Classroom Assistants: Grades 8-12
Students in grades 8-12 have the opportunity to work as JLCMW classroom assistants on Sunday mornings and/or Wednesday afternoons. This is a wonderful opportunity for students who love being in the classroom, supporting younger students, and staying connected with their Jewish community. Our madrichim set a great example for younger students—modeling that school participation and learning do not end after bmitzvah.
Parent Programs
Each grade holds a parent program during the year, designed to bring parents and children together to engage in Jewish learning. Students love to show their parents how much they’ve learned and get excited about spending time together at the JLCMW. Participating in the programs also provides parents with the opportunity to meet each other and their child’s classmates. The programs take place during school hours on a Sunday morning. Parent attendance and participation at these annual events is strongly encouraged as this is a precious opportunity to learn with you!
